Bootcamp
Bootcamp is an outdoor turf fitness workout program that helps you become fitter, stronger and healthier. Bootcamp workouts are based on functional fitness and strength training principles. Bootcamp classes are group based high energy and fun workouts mostly using body weight and kettlebell based exercises
Days: Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday
Timing: 6AM, 7AM, 7PM and 8PM
Cost: Rs 7500 for 3 months
Edit boxing classes are for adults and kids wanting to learn competitive boxing as well as for people looking for an alternative to regular cardio exercise. Classes are taught using the fundamentals of boxing and includes punching bag workouts, shadow sparring, actual sparring as well as conditioning workouts.

Edit Kids Fitness program is suitable for both aspiring athletes as well as kids who just want to improve their fitness or lose weight. The program helps them become stronger, faster, more explosive and also fitter.

Timing: 6PM-7PM
Cost: Rs 5000 for 3 months.
